ArdaLabs

Independent software studio

Focused software for developers and small teams.

Our flagship, EntrepreneurGo, is a self-hosted workspace where AI agents — running through Claude Code, Codex or OpenCode — plan, build, review and test alongside your team, with people deciding what ships. Client platforms run on HydroGo, our Go product engine.

FlagshipBetaEntrepreneurGo

A workspace where AI agents and your team ship together.

EntrepreneurGo runs planner, implementer, reviewer and tester agents on your projects through the coding CLIs you already use — Claude Code, Codex or OpenCode — while tasks, decisions and project memory stay shared with your team. People decide what ships.

Available in the beta

  • Planner, implementer, reviewer and tester roles work on your projects through Claude Code, OpenAI Codex CLI or OpenCode — using each person's own account.

Exploring next

Today's module is built for software development. Modules for other kinds of work are being explored; their scope isn't decided yet.

Planned: optional Claude API workflow

We plan to use the Claude API to turn project context and task requirements into proposed acceptance criteria, implementation plans and decision summaries. This workflow is not part of the current beta. Coding agents currently run through Claude Code, Codex or OpenCode on each member's machine.

HydroGoAvailableOur Go product engine

One Go engine for every kind of backend.

Microservice, API, full-stack app or content platform — HydroGo generates the repetitive parts, compiles everything into one small binary, and runs anywhere from Kubernetes to shared hosting.

Use it as

One binary, ready for an orchestrator.

One binary with health, readiness and metrics endpoints, and load shedding that answers 503 with Retry-After instead of queueing forever. OpenTelemetry tracing comes built in.

  • OTLP tracing and /metrics
  • Signed webhooks with a transactional outbox

HydroGo is how we deliver client platforms quickly without trading away speed or ownership later.

01

Generators write the plumbing

Describe a domain once; typed models, repositories and routes are generated for you.

02

Your code is never overwritten

Generated code lives in generated/, yours in custom/. Upgrading the core leaves your business logic alone.

03

Batteries that are actually included

Auth, RBAC, forms with a durable mail spool, media, SEO, multi-tenancy and audit logs ship in the box.

04

Any database, same code

SQLite, PostgreSQL and MySQL are all supported and tested, with migrations, health checks and one-command rollback.

Numbers, not adjectives.

A controlled before-and-after of HydroGo tuning: the same small host, the same method, run back to back. Throughput went up while CPU went down.

What that means for you.

Runs on your infrastructure

Your data stays on servers you control. There is no hosted platform in between and no plugin marketplace to depend on.

Runs on a small host

Our benchmark host has 2 vCPUs and 908 MiB of RAM, and HydroGo served about 1,480 cached pages a second on it — with PostgreSQL and Redis running alongside.

Less to keep patching

No plugin ecosystem and no separate runtime to update. One binary, one upgrade path, with rollback.

More from the studio.

Every product started as a tool we needed ourselves.

What happens under the hood.

How a request travels, how code gets written and reviewed, how it stays secure, where it runs — and how both people and agents learn to work with it.

From request to response in milliseconds.

Every request runs through one compiled pipeline — no interpreter, no cold container and no external service in the hot path.

02 / 05Our AI-assisted workflow

Agents do the work. A person decides what merges.

This is how we build today, using EntrepreneurGo's agent roles. The reviewer deliberately runs on a different model from the implementer, so every change gets a genuine second opinion.

03 / 05Security by default

Security in every layer, not bolted on.

Protection ships inside the core binary: bots are filtered, brute force is slowed down, credentials are hashed and every sensitive action is recorded.

How the studio works.

ArdaLabs is a two-person team, deliberately small. We take on a handful of client projects alongside our own products.

  1. 01

    Two people, the whole stack

Architecture, backend systems, products and client delivery are handled by our two-person team. Nothing gets lost between handoffs because there are almost none.

  2. 02

    Measure before we claim

Performance numbers about our own products come from benchmarks we can reproduce, and we say how they were measured.

  3. 03

    Boring where it counts

Compiled binaries, plain SQL, typed contracts. We save the experiments for the parts of a product your users actually notice.
